CEO of Rocksolid Estate AG Sebastian Arnezeder, joined by eSync Network’s Executive Sally Meouche–Ghrawi took part in an eye-opening AMA session that explored the partnership between eSync Network and Rocksolid Estate AG and offered insight into the future of real estate Investment.
The goal of the AMA was to dive deeper into what the partnership between eSync Network and Rocksolid Estate AG means, examine the ROC Token deeply, and how it is poised to revolutionize the real estate space.

The Origin of the ROC Token
The session started with a brief intro to the origin story of ROC Token from Sebastian Arnezeder himself.
“A few years ago, democratizing and tokenizing real estate investment came up in one of our team discussions, and because of my background in both real estate and Blockchain, this was not uncommon. After further discussions, we realized that the pros far outweigh the cons, and we believed that real estate tokenization is the future of our industry.”
Sebastian’s expertise in both real estate and blockchain allowed him to explore tokenization and its perks for not just the growth of the organization but also the general public who wish to participate in this traditionally exclusive space. He goes further to say:
“The next step was to find a partner to guide us and help facilitate this dream, so after several meetings, we decided that eSync was the perfect fit.”
Integrating the ROC Token with the eSync Network
As the session progressed, we wanted to know more about the purpose of this integration with eSync Network and what it means for both parties. Sally Meouche–Ghrawi elaborated:
“The collaboration with Rocksolid goes beyond ideation. It showcases the value of what this partnership aims to build. When we evolved to eSync Network, we aimed to expand our use cases into more tangible RWAs. Rocksolid validates this mission, and we’re thrilled to have them on board.”
The synergy between Rocksolid Estate AG and eSync Network makes this partnership so exciting. Both parties complement each other in democratizing real estate investment through RWAs.
Tokenized Real Estate Investments vs Traditional Real Estate Investments?
The session went on to explore the benefits of tokenized fractional investments as opposed to traditional investments, with Sebastian giving his take:
“Traditional investments require huge sums ranging from €100,000 and above, leaving little room for mainstream accessibility. However, fractionalization has to come into play for the public to benefit. This way, anyone can earn from tokenized real estate investment without breaking the bank.”
Purchasing and investing in real estate has been a costly endeavor that limits public participation. However, with the ROC Token, individuals can now invest in properties for as little as €100, allowing them to engage in tokenized real estate investments and earn monthly yields, receiving ECS payouts.
This is the true meaning of mainstream accessibility.
Profit Sharing
“We operate on a profit-sharing model rather than fixed fees. We distribute 80% of the profits to our investors, who also have voting rights on property acquisitions and more. We currently focus on commercial real estate such as hotels, industrial property or office buildings but plan to expand into renewable energy investments in the future.”
Sebastian emphasized their profit-sharing model’s flexibility, allowing investors to decide whether to focus on property expansion for long-term value or opt for immediate larger payouts.
This approach ensures collaborative decision-making that aligns with their goals. Understandably, larger investments yield larger payouts, but the property value will increase if investors prefer reinvestment over payouts.
Plans for the Future
“With everything already up and running, the short-term goal is to educate potential investors and our audience on how it all works and how to participate,” Sebastian says.
Rocksolid aims to show how the Investment process works and get potential users to understand how this will put the future in their hands.
Additionally, AI Integration into their system for global reach is already a staple in daily operations and will continue to be moving forward. Sebastian explains:
“AI also plays a big part in all our processes regarding our users. We use AI on our website to translate into native languages (German, English, Italian, and Romanian). Our interviews are also translated so every member of our global community can stay in the loop, and we aim to expand our usage of AI to optimize other integral parts of our operations.”
When asked what to look forward to from the eSync Network, Sally stated that the switch from PoA to PoS was initially the main priority on the roadmap and is excited to announce it is fully underway and currently live on the testnet.
She goes further to say that the current focus of the eSync Network is “Accessibility, liquidity, and validation of use cases,” with which this partnership showcases a practical use case and demonstrates confidence in the project and brand success.
